Meet the staff
Sean Lee, Director of Carmel Children's Ministry: Sean Lee oversees all ministry areas of CarmelKidz Ministry: Sunday Morning (1st- preteen, Special Education), Wednesday: Kidstuf & Mission 252, Parent Stuf, Special Events: FX & Children's Camp and Bible Discovery. She is thrilled to work side by side with more than 250 wonderful vounteers who tirelessly give of their time and hearts for CarmelKidz and their families. She is married to Jae Lee and has three sons. Her family members are all very involved in CarmelKidz Ministry.
Leah Kilcoin, Associate of Carmel Children's Ministry & Preteen Ministry Director: Leah Kilcoin supports all the ministry areas of CarmelKidz ministry and oversees the Preteen Ministry. She is married to Dennis Kilcoin and has three grown children. Leah is also "nana," to 2 grandchild. She is the kind of grandmother every kid wants to have! Leah and her husband Dennis work with our Preteens, and they are responsible for creating the Carmel "Preteen Blessing Retreat".
Janice Mumpower, Ministry Assistant of Carmel Children's Ministry: Janice Mumpower supports all aspects of administration of CarmelKidz ministry and oversees computer check-in. She is married to Bruce Mumpower and has two children. They are also actively invovled in CarmelKidz Ministry.
